On polling day the whole campaign shrinks to one place: the booth. A single untrained or absent agent can cost votes that took months to build.
Four roles at every booth
- Lead Agent oversees the booth and coordinates with the presiding officer.
- Relief Agent covers breaks so coverage never drops.
- Voter List Agent checks the roll, handles challenges and Form 14 entries.
- Reporting Agent sends live booth updates to the war room.
Training before the day
Agents are trained on statutory forms, EVM protocol, mock polls and the challenge procedure. Every level is tested before deployment, so nobody learns the rules for the first time on polling day.
A live tracker shows turnout and agent status in the war room, and a list of supporters who have not yet voted lets teams remind only the right people.
